Get your time back. Focus on what you love.

Running a business can pull your attention in every direction. Customer information lives in one place, scheduling in another, accounting somewhere else. Important details are still buried in emails, texts, spreadsheets, and paperwork. I help bring that work together and get it running the way your business actually operates.

What I do

Technology should remove work, not create another place to manage it. Sometimes that means building something. Often the answer is already sitting inside something you own.

Technical direction
Map what you have, find the real gaps, and decide what is worth changing before you commit to another platform, subscription, or vendor.
What you already have
A lot of businesses pay for more capability than they use. Sometimes the fix is a setting, a permission, or a feature nobody turned on, not another subscription.
CRM development
Build and improve the workflows you use to manage customers, follow up, deliver work, and stay organized.
System integration
Connect CRM, accounting, scheduling, communications, payments, and field systems so information can move without being entered again.
Custom applications
Focused tools for reporting, reconciliation, approvals, internal workflows, and the operational work your existing software does not handle.

What this looks like

Rental operations

Built the missing operational layer beside an existing rental platform, bringing together reservations, payments, toll collection, owner payouts, financial reporting, and citation workflows.

Field service follow-through

Designing a voice-to-CRM workflow that turns a spoken job-site recap into reviewable notes, commitments, follow-ups, and schedule items before anything is written.

How I work

No hype. No magic button.

Not every problem needs new software, an AI subscription, or a complete overhaul. Most of the friction in a business is nobody's fault. It builds up. A workaround becomes a habit, the habit becomes the process, and eventually a few hours a week are going somewhere nobody chose. I start by finding those spots. Where information gets dropped, where the same work happens twice, and what keeps pulling you away from the part of the job you actually wanted to do. Then we decide what is worth fixing now, what can wait, and what will genuinely make the business easier to run.

You own everything. Your domain, accounts, systems, and data stay yours. You pay your vendors directly and the logins stay in your name. Anything I build is documented well enough that someone else could pick it up.

Good work should leave you with fewer things to think about, not one more person to call.
